Operational Audit, Training, Managed Seats, Nomad OS, and Strategy & Advisory each have their own engagement shape. Here’s how every one actually runs.

Setup, discovery, synthesis, follow-up.

The diagnostic engagement. Same shape across tiers; depth varies. We end with a written readout you can take to your board, and a 30-day follow-up to check what actually got actioned.

  1. Week 1

    Setup

    60-minute kickoff with the buyer and key stakeholders. Agree the scope: which teams, which workflows, which interviews. Interview invitations go out. We begin desk research on the business.

  2. Weeks 2–3 (Team / Business)

    Discovery

    Stakeholder interviews (8 for Team, up to 25 for Business, up to 50+ for Enterprise). Process and tooling inventory. Document analysis. We cross-reference what we hear against what we see in the systems.

  3. Final week

    Synthesis + delivery

    Internal analysis and writeup. Draft review with the buyer 24 hours before the presentation. Final presentation to the leadership team. Deliverable handover, operational map, opportunity register, prioritisation, recommendations, executive 1-pager.

  4. +30 days

    Follow-up

    30-minute call with the buyer. What's been actioned, what's stuck, what we missed. Included on every engagement.

    Deliver

    Live, expert-led session, in-person at your site or over a video call. A Nomad founder or vetted consultant in the room, never an outsourced freelancer.

    30-day check-in

    A follow-up call 30 days after delivery. What worked, what didn't, what's stuck. Included on every engagement.

Two weeks from contract to working rhythm.

Managed Seats is the ongoing-partnership product. Onboarding is quick on purpose, we'd rather get your team using AI well in week two than spend a quarter on a discovery deck.

  1. Day 1

    Contract

    You sign. We schedule the kickoff call for two days later.

  2. Day 3

    Kickoff

    A 60-minute call to confirm your model mix (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini), your team list, and your first office hour date.

  3. Day 5

    Seats live

    Your team is provisioned across the agreed providers. Single sign-on via Google or Microsoft.

  4. Day 7

    Portal + prompt library

    Industry-tailored prompt library delivered. Team can sign in and start working with any of the licensed models, side by side.

  5. Day 14

    First office hour

    Live session with Nomad, questions, problems, half-built workflows. From here it's a monthly rhythm with quarterly reviews.

Custom AI builds happen in three sizes. Every engagement starts with a Discovery, and the Discovery fee is credited against the Build if you proceed. We don't quote on faith.

    2–3 weeks · starts with an Operational Audit

    Stakeholder interviews, process mapping, technical feasibility, model selection. You leave with a written recommendation sized small, medium, and large, and a clear answer on whether to proceed.

  2. Build

    4–12 weeks · from €10,000

    Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly Friday demos. Delivered on the Nomad OS framework, production-grade auth, audit logging, monitoring, and a model-agnostic AI layer from day one. 30 days of post-launch support included.

  3. Platform

    3–6 months · from €30,000

    For customers whose AI need is structural, multiple workflows, multi-team, real integration with your stack. Phased rollout. 90 days of managed post-launch support.

Two formats, both ending in a written answer.

Strategy work happens in one of two shapes, depending on whether you need a sharp leadership conversation or a defined-scope engagement on a specific decision. Both end in a short written deliverable, not a 100-slide deck.

  1. Executive Briefing

    90 min – half-day · from €2,500

    We pre-read your materials and build a sector-specific briefing. Live session with your leadership team. You leave with a written AI position statement and a recommended next-step roadmap.

  2. Advisory Engagement

    4–8 weeks · from €8,000

    For a specific decision: build vs buy, platform selection, vendor evaluation, programme design. Stakeholder interviews, options analysis, recommended path. Deliverable is short, a position document + a 1-pager, backed by the full working out.
