An AI adoption company with a working preference for clarity.
Nomad is based in Dublin. We help organisations internationally adopt and transform with AI, without losing their nerve, their data, or their judgement.
Practical AI, built by people who use it daily.
Nomad started because the three of us kept seeing the same gap: businesses being sold AI transformation programmes that didn't survive contact with how their teams actually work. We thought we could do better by doing less, fewer slides, more time in the room, real workflows, real outcomes.
We bring a mix of engineering, training, and operations experience, and we use the tools we sell. Every day. That's not branding, it's the only way to know what's actually changed since the model version you trained on six months ago.
We're a small team by choice. As we grow, we add specialists who hold the same line: be honest about what AI can do today, be honest about what it can't, and ship things that earn their place in the business.
When you hire Nomad, you hire these people.

What we do
We run operational audits, train teams, and build the custom workflows off-the-shelf tools can't reach. For leadership teams making bigger AI decisions, we run advisory engagements that produce a position statement, not a slide deck. Whichever you start with, we work model-agnostic, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, whichever fits your stack and your data.
How we work
Three founders, no offshore back-office, no white-labelled delivery. When you hire Nomad, you're hiring the people you spoke to. We over-prepare, we tell you what we won't do, and we keep engagements small enough that we can actually deliver them.
Where we're based
Dublin, Ireland. We work with clients internationally, in-person when it matters, live online when it doesn't.

And what it’s like in the room.
Everything above this is us describing ourselves. These two are not — they come from the feedback forms we send after a programme, anonymised to role and sector.
Thomas was open to questions and had a genuine interest in us learning how to adapt AI to our own situations. My biggest takeaway was the policy side, I suspect a lot of colleagues are being careless and could be sharing confidential information.
Easy to follow, well spoken presenter, and some good demos of what AI can really do. Great for someone starting with zero background in it.
