Why we started
Practical AI, built by people who use it daily.
Nomad started because the three of us kept seeing the same gap: businesses being sold big AI programmes that didn't survive contact with how their teams actually work. We thought we could do better by doing less: fewer slides, more time in the room, and a written answer at the end.
We bring a mix of engineering, training, and operations experience, and we use the tools we sell. Every day. That's not branding, it's the only way to know what's actually changed since the model version you trained on six months ago.
We are a small team, by choice. As we grow, we add specialists who hold the same line: be honest about what AI can do today, be honest about what it can't, and ship things that earn their place in the business.

What we do
We run operational audits, train teams on their own work with the change management that makes it stick, and put forward deployed engineers in the building to rebuild the operation in AI. We stay model-agnostic: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, chosen on your stack and your data.
How we work
Three founders, no offshore back-office, no white-labelled delivery. When you hire Nomad, you're hiring the people you spoke to. We over-prepare, we tell you what we won't do, and we keep engagements tight enough that we can actually deliver them.

Dublin, Ireland. We work with clients internationally, in-person when it matters, live online when it doesn't.
