Most of our work starts the same way: somebody senior can see that AI should be saving their team time, and cannot get a straight answer about where. That is the question we are built to answer, and we will tell you when the honest answer is smaller than you hoped.
The useful version of this job is unglamorous. It is working out how a business really runs, which tasks are high-volume and low-judgement, which of those a model is genuinely good at, and what it would cost to change. Most of the value is in ruling things out.
The version to be wary of is the one that arrives with a conclusion. If a consultancy knows which tool you need before it has watched anybody work, it is selling the tool. We do an Operational Audit first for exactly this reason: the readout sometimes says that two of your five candidate workflows are worth automating and the other three are not.
We are model-agnostic and we do not resell AI seats. There is no margin on your licences for us, so there is nothing steering the recommendation.
An Operational Audit maps how your business actually works and shows where AI fits, as a written readout you can take to a board. AI training gets a team genuinely capable, in person or live online, never self-paced video. Strategy and advisory is the leadership-level version: where AI fits, where it does not, and an AI policy that covers you under GDPR and the EU AI Act.
Where a build is the right answer, we build it — custom software on our own products rather than a bespoke one-off nobody can maintain after we leave.
Companies from about ten people to several thousand, in manufacturing, engineering, construction, professional services, recruitment, hospitality and accountancy. What they have in common is a real process worth improving, not a particular headcount.
We also work with large enterprise. Our Enterprise audit tier runs six to eight weeks across multiple functions, and we have delivered AI training inside Abbott, Merck and Boston Scientific. At that size the problem is rarely which tool to buy — it is finding the opportunities across departments and changing how people actually work.
We are based in Dublin and most of our in-person work is on the island of Ireland — Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and everywhere in between — with training delivered nationwide through Skillnet networks. We also work across the UK and the EU, and remote delivery is genuinely remote rather than a recorded session.

We are an approved Skillnet training provider and an Anthropic Claude Builder Ambassador, and we run the Waypoint conference, hackathons and Young AI Dublin. Our infrastructure sits on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified providers with an ISO 42001 certified AI layer.
