    The engineer works in your building beside the team, on your tools and your data, with a director accountable for the result.

  3. 03 · Every Friday

    A demo

    What went live this week, shown working, to the people who will use it. Nothing is reported that cannot be shown.

  4. 04 · Handover

    The source and the IP are yours

    Everything we build is handed over with the code, the documentation and the accounts in your name.

  5. 05 · The 30 days after

    Support

    Thirty days of support after handover, included. If something breaks or drifts, we fix it.

  6. 06 · After that

    Optional maintenance retainer

    If you want us to keep an eye on what is running and improve it month to month, there is a retainer for that. No obligation.

The list of workflows comes from the Operational Audit, and its fee is credited against the build. All prices exclude VAT at 23 per cent. Fixed prices. We do not discount and we do not publish day rates.

Three questions

Before you book.

Do we need the audit first?
Usually. The Operational Audit is where the list of workflows comes from, ranked by what they cost you. If you already know the one workflow you want built, a Build Sprint can start without it.
Whose tools do you build on?
Yours. The systems the business already runs, the accounts in your name, the models you choose. We do not sell a platform you then have to keep paying for to keep the work running.
What happens after handover?
You own the source and the IP, thirty days of support are included, and a maintenance retainer is there if you want one. If you would rather run it yourselves from day 31, that is the point.
