The Irish Centre for Business Excellence exists to help member companies raise their game, productivity, workforce development, and benchmarking across several Skillnet networks. When the topic on everyone’s agenda became AI, ICBE needed to speak to it from experience, not from a slide.
That meant getting its own team genuinely fluent with AI and equipped with the right tools, properly set up and supported, so the organisation could lead its members rather than learn alongside them.

AI training
We trained the ICBE team on working with AI day-to-day, the craft of prompting, where it helps, and where to be careful, grounded in their own work rather than generic demos.
A supported rollout
ICBE holds its own Claude accounts. Nomad supports the rollout on top of them, setup, governance and the habits that make it stick, in one monthly relationship so adoption keeps building instead of fading.
