Frame spend their working lives making other organisations look coherent. They came to us wanting the same rigour applied to their own operations: one place for the business to run, and a customer-facing site built to the standard they hold their clients’ work to.
The brief was clear. Not a pilot, not a proof of concept: something running properly, hosted and maintained, so the team could get back to the work they are actually good at.
Set it up, hand over the keys, keep it running.
Iris setup and configuration
The system configured around how Frame actually works rather than a default install, with their team onboarded as administrators of their own workspace from day one.
The customer-facing site
A public website delivered alongside the internal system, so the thing clients see and the thing the business runs on were built to the same standard at the same time.
Hosted and maintained
The system is ours to keep running and theirs to use. No server to babysit, and no upgrade nobody has time for.
Delivered in July 2026 and live since, with Frame and Nomad working together on it as the agency grows.
Software that is still standing.
Most software projects are judged on the day they are handed over. The honest test comes months later: is anyone still using it, and is it still being looked after. Frame’s system has been running since July, and the relationship has continued past the build rather than ending with it.
That is the arrangement we build for. When you work with Iris, you are not buying a prototype somebody else has to make safe for production. There is a business running on it, with a website attached, on infrastructure we maintain. That is what a finished piece of software looks like when it is still standing months later.
